Bradley Chance Cadenhead

Also known as: Felix, Brad764

Bradley Chance Cadenhead, born circa 2004, is the founder and former leader of the 764 child exploitation network, classified as a terrorist organization by federal authorities. At age 15 in 2021, while living in Stephenville, Texas, Cadenhead created what became an international network that systematically targeted vulnerable children aged 9-17 for sexual exploitation, extortion, and coercion into self-harm. Operating under aliases including Felix and Brad764, he used Discord and other platforms to manipulate victims into producing child sexual abuse material and committing acts of violence against themselves and animals. The network, named after his ZIP code (764), evolved from earlier involvement with the CVLT sextortion group and incorporated neo-Nazi and Satanic imagery while primarily being driven by sadistic motivations rather than ideological goals. Cadenhead was arrested in August 2021 following an FBI investigation and pled guilty in March 2023 to nine counts of possession and promotion of child pornography. He received an 80-year sentence in Texas state prison, with the judge citing his self-described status as a cult leader and the brutality of his crimes. Despite his arrest, the 764 network has continued through splinter groups, with federal authorities estimating thousands of children have been victimized by related networks globally.
